Services

It is important to find a therapist that you truly feel is a good fit for you. I, just like any other human, will not be everyone's cup of tea. To ensure that you are getting the support you need, I provide a free phone consultation so that we can discuss whether your needs and my therapeutic style overlap. If you would be better served by another therapist, I can provide you with referrals.

If we are a good fit, we will move forward with scheduling your first session! As I am contracted through Mindful Therapy Group, scheduling can be done through our support services team who will ensure that you are scheduled ASAP.

I provide online therapy using a HIPAA-compliant platform so that you can get the support you need where it is most convenient for you. All you will need is a computer, tablet, or smartphone, internet connection, and a space that provides you with the same privacy that you would get at the office.

Individual intakes are $140

Couples intakes are $160

I accept Premera, Kaiser, Cigna, UnitedHealthcare, and private pay

Individual Psychotherapy

Life often feels messy and leaves people forgetting our own worth, brilliance, and capability. People are often so overwhelmed by everything going on in their lives by the time they come to therapy that emotions become challenging to cope with, let alone understand. I seek to provide a safe space for you to understand your own life story and the contextual factors that impact that story, discover your personal strengths and resilience, and grow more into your own authentic Self.

Note: I work with clients ages 18 and older.

Couples Therapy

Conflict is an inevitable part of any relationship, especially in those that we value most. When they occur, it may be very tempting, and probably much easier, to focus on who is to blame and who needs to be fixed. I challenge couples to take a collaborative approach by fighting the problem together. In therapy, individuals have the opportunity to celebrate each other's strengths, learn more about each other's authentic Self, and to move together through any challenge life may throw your way.

Good Faith Estimate

Beginning January 01, 2022, under Section 2799B-6 of the Public Health Service Act, healthcare providers are required to inform clients who are not using insurance of their right to receive a "Good Faith Estimate" (GFE) of expected charges. The GFE provides transparency to clients regarding their expected medical expenses and to protect them from surprises when they receive their medical bills.

• You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency items or services. This includes related costs like medical tests, prescription drugs, equipment, and hospital fees.

• Make sure your health care provider gives you a Good Faith Estimate in writing at least 1 business day before your medical service or item. You can also ask your health care provider, and any other provider you choose, for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule an item or service.

• If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill.

• Make sure to save a copy or picture of your Good Faith Estimate.
